Enriching activities and opportunities filled with purpose, community and joy
Our day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) focuses on empowering participants to reach their highest potential.

Programming
Daily care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We tailor activities to help participants acquire and enhance daily living skills that enable them to maintain their independence and participate in the community.
The program also offers opportunities for socialization through large and small group activities at Adult Day Services (ADS) and out in the community.
Programming includes:
- Group and individual activities
- Social outings and transportation
- Community service and outreach
- Educational programs
Eligibility
Our IDD programs are designed for adults age 18 and older.
We welcome participants on the autism spectrum or who have ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, feeding tubes or tracheotomies, or a wide variety of other intellectual or developmental challenges.
Services are available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a minimum participation requirement of two days per week to ensure continuity of care.
Why Adult Day Services
This affordable day program provides parents, guardians and caregivers with the breathing room to manage daily life and other responsibilities while caring for their loved ones.
We provide peace of mind, knowing that your loved one is safe, well cared for, and thriving in an uplifting and life-affirming environment.
Adult Day Services Features
Our IDD program participants help plan their daily activities.
Many IDD participants enjoy helping to plan their own activities alongside those led by our onsite activities coordinator, creating a sense of purpose and achievement. The coordinator brings these plans to life with a diverse and well-balanced program.
Clear support and communication for caregivers and families.
We value keeping caregivers and families informed about what’s happening for our participants while they are in our care. Our program manager serves as a dedicated liaison, connecting caregivers, families and outside case management teams to coordinate efforts that help our participants reach their personal milestones.
Two hot meals are available daily.
Breakfast meals are available each morning from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Hot lunch is provided for all participants each day the building is open, as well as an afternoon snack. These nutritious meals provide caregivers with one less thing to coordinate and worry about, allowing them to skip the stress of meal logistics.
Campus amenities include a sensory room and accessible outdoor areas.
Dedicated Sensory Room
The sensory room helps program participants learn how to regulate their brain’s adverse reactions to external stimuli that they can see, smell, hear or touch. Tools in the sensory room help participants develop appropriate coping skills for those experiences.
Outdoor Recreation Area
A popular feature of Adult Day Services is our large, accessible outdoor recreation area. This outdoor space includes:
- A canopy-covered picnic area
- Percussion and tactile equipment
- Swinging equipment
- A water feature
- A shaded gazebo
- A large multipurpose area used for a variety of activities
The entire outdoor area is fenced and encompassed by a wide, concrete walking path enabling easy accessibility for all of our participants.
Outdoor Gardens
The ADS campus houses two garden areas where participants take pride in planting, watering, and watching flowers and vegetables grow.
