A haven of hope for survivors

We offer immediate shelter and outreach support for people escaping domestic violence or sexual assault in Wichita, South Central and Southeast Kansas.

Leaving an abusive situation can be scary and possibly dangerous.

Escaping a violent relationship can be a complex and high-risk process that requires thoughtful planning, supportive relationships, and respect for each survivor’s sense of safety and timing.

That’s why our team of trained staff and volunteers, experienced in supporting people trapped in the cycle of domestic violence, provides compassionate guidance for every step.

Catholic Charities offers safe locations in Wichita, and advocacy throughout our 25-county service area for survivors, along with resources needed to rebuild lives and move toward brighter futures.
