Fees and assistance

We do accept Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers for IDD participants and Frail and Elderly (FE) waivers for our senior programs. These Medicaid waivers are available through the State of Kansas.

A $25 application fee applies to all private pay participants.

Please call for the current fee structure for each day of service. We require two days of services per week minimum to ensure continuity of care.

For individuals who are without funding or insurance, a sliding fee scale is available for those who demonstrate financial need. The sliding fee scale is made possible through the generosity of the Sedgwick County Mill Levy and other charitable contributions.
