(Wichita, Kan.) – Laura Fuller has joined Catholic Charities Wichita as its new director of marketing and communications, according to Traci Kennedy, executive director. Fuller replaces Mary Beth Chambers who recently retired from the position after nearly five years with Catholic Charities.
“I am blessed to be a part of Catholic Charities Wichita where I can have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the Wichita and Southeast Kansas communities,” said Laura Fuller. “These agencies are on the front lines, and it means a lot to be able to work alongside them to help serve and create hope for those in need.”

Laura brings wide variety of experiences

Fuller brings a wide variety of marketing experience to her new role, including the past four years as public relations and communications manager at Friends University. Prior to joining Friends, she served as a wealth administrator for INTRUST Bank Wealth Management; marketing and project coordinator for Andover Public Schools; and marketing officer and assistant bank manager for City National Bank. Fuller also was the previous co-owner and operator of the Britches and Lace Consignment sale. Since July 2009, she has served as the nursery director for Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
