Support Hunger Action Month at Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

Hunger Action Month is recognized in September to inspire people to take action and raise awareness of hunger in America.  

Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, a ministry of Catholic Charities relies heavily on community donations to serve nearly 1,000 families each month. We are on a mission to help raise awareness and stock the shelves of the food pantry. You can help! 

Catholic Charities uses cash donations to purchase discounted food from the Kansas Food Bank while non-perishable items from food drives are essential for keeping the shelves stocked with needed food items.

Ways to support Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

Host a food drive

You gather your family, friends, church community, work colleagues or neighbors to host a food drive. We will provide you with a simple food drive tool kit.  Fill out the form below.

Volunteer 

Volunteer your time individually or with a group on a one-time or ongoing basis at the food pantry.

Donate Food

Call our office at 316-264-8344 ext. 1224 to coordinate a donation drop-off.

Give Financially

Provide financial support to allow Our Daily Bread Food Pantry at Catholic Charities to purchae discounted food items from the Kansas Food Bank.
