Immigration Services at Catholic Charities remains faithfully dedicated to serving the immigrant community.

While the new administration is expected to make significant changes to current immigration policies and systems, at this time there are no answers to what changes will occur. Further, current immigration policies will remain in place until January 19, 2017.

For persons considering Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), Catholic Charities encourages seeking individual consultation. Through individual consultation, Catholic Charities staff can provide screening for immigration options. Catholic Charities continues to fulfill its ministry of welcoming the stranger by providing individual consultation so applicants and their families can make the best decisions regarding their immigration status.
