The goal of Catholic Charities Pregnancy Counseling Services is to help birth parents have a healthy pregnancy, to know their pregnancy options and be supported in their decision. As every pregnancy choice has life-long implications, it is critical for birth parents to carefully consider each life-giving option.

This may include having birth families select the adoptive family, discussing the grief and loss issues, and planning for ongoing contact with their baby and the adoptive family, and a support group meetings for birth parents.
