Adult Day Services is non-profit organization providing quality, affordable care with the goal to help the individual maintain independence and prolong the need for nursing home or in-home care.

Fees include transportation, medication management by a licensed nurse, care coordination, activities and outings, and two meals and snacks each day.

Daily fees are $75 with a minimum of 2 days per week required for continuity of care.

Funding for those with case management services are coordinated through the assigned case manager.

For those living on limited income, United Way funds may help reducing the cost to the individual or family. The average fee for these families is $20 a day.
